Arrivals are between 3pm & 7pm. For early or later arrivals please contact us. If you arrive before 5:30pm, please come into the Village Shop & Post Office, ask for Tony or Su.

Yes, this may be possible, please check with us.

What is an Online Travel Agent?
Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia are examples of Online Travel Agents (OTA). They manage all aspects of the booking for you, including cancelation. See Booking Terms & Conditions for details.
How do we cancel a Travel Agent Booking?
You have to make the request to cancel via your personal account on the OTA Website. We cannot cancel the booking on your behalf. See Booking Terms & Conditions for details.
What are the Cancellation Terms?
If the OTA booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. See Booking Terms & Conditions for details.

What Time is Breakfast?
7am – 9am, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-9:30am Sat/Sun. Please let us know what time you would like breakfast by using the breakfast order form in the room or the online form found here.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A TAKEAWAY BREAKFAST OR PICNIC?

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE WORTLEY ARMS?
Not far, only a three-minute walk. No need to drive.
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM WORTLEY HALL?
3rd of a mile, 8-minute walk or 2-minute drive. It’s up hill coming back to us, and it can be dark so we recommend guests have suitable shoes, jacket/coat and torch.

Do you Accept Pets?
We allow pets in two rooms, please contact us to make sure we have a suitable room available. More details can be found on our Pets Welcome Page.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
Yes, we do, the password is on a sign at the bottom of the stairs and in the guest book in each room.
WE NEED A TAXI TO TAKE US TO AN EVENT. CAN YOU HELP?
We recommend you pre-book a Taxi as soon as possible, we are in a rural location and UBER etc can be a little slow especially if there's a big event in Sheffield. Pre-book using Veezu or call 01142393939 or ask us to book for you.
WHERE CAN WE PARK?
All parking is on-street, we don't have any private parking.
IS THERE SAFE OVERNIGHT STORAGE FOR MOTORCYCLES OR BICYCLES?
Yes, we have secure areas for both motorcycles or bicycles.
